銑(xian)床:用銑(xian)刀在工(gong)件上加工(gong)多(duo)種表面的(de)機床;銑(xian)床可(ke)以對工(gong)件進行銑(xian)削(xue)、鉆削(xue)和鏜孔加工(gong)。
鉆(zhan)床(chuang)(chuang):用鉆(zhan)頭在工(gong)件上加(jia)工(gong)孔(kong)(kong)的機床(chuang)(chuang),鉆(zhan)床(chuang)(chuang)結構(gou)簡(jian)單,加(jia)工(gong)精(jing)度(du)相對較低,可鉆(zhan)通孔(kong)(kong)、盲(mang)孔(kong)(kong),更換(huan)特殊刀(dao)具,可擴、锪(huo)孔(kong)(kong),鉸孔(kong)(kong)或進行(xing)攻絲等加(jia)工(gong)。
車床(chuang):用車刀(dao)對旋轉的工件進行車削加(jia)工的機床(chuang)。在車床(chuang)上還可用鉆頭、擴孔鉆、鉸刀(dao)、絲錐、板牙和(he)滾花(hua)工具(ju)等(deng)進行相應的加(jia)工。
大水(shui)磨(mo)(mo)(mo):用(yong)砂(sha)輪旋轉(zhuan)研(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件以(yi)使其可達到要(yao)求的(de)(de)平整度(du)(du),根(gen)據工(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)形(xing)狀可分(fen)為(wei)矩(ju)形(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)和圓(yuan)形(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)兩種,矩(ju)形(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)平面(mian)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)床(chuang)的(de)(de)主參數(shu)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)寬度(du)(du)及長度(du)(du),圓(yuan)臺(tai)平面(mian)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)床(chuang)的(de)(de)主參數(shu)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)面(mian)直徑。根(gen)據軸(zhou)類的(de)(de)不同可分(fen)為(wei)臥(wo)軸(zhou)及立軸(zhou)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)床(chuang)之分(fen)。由于在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作過(guo)程中(zhong)會產生(sheng)大量(liang)(liang)熱量(liang)(liang),因此要(yao)大量(liang)(liang)使用(yong)冷(leng)卻液(一般為(wei)水(shui),有時(shi)用(yong)油),因此得了大水(shui)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)床(chuang)的(de)(de)雅號。
CNC加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)心:cnc加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)心是一種(zhong)數控(kong)系統(tong)控(kong)制的(de)(de)數控(kong)機(ji)床,能夠加(jia)(jia)工(gong)非(fei)常復雜(za)的(de)(de)難(nan)度很大的(de)(de)工(gong)件(jian)(jian),是一般的(de)(de)普通(tong)機(ji)床不能相比的(de)(de),而且加(jia)(jia)工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)效果非(fei)常好,效率非(fei)常高,能夠在工(gong)件(jian)(jian)一次(ci)裝夾(jia)之(zhi)后完成所有的(de)(de)操(cao)作,因為CNC加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)心自(zi)帶刀庫,可以完成自(zi)動換刀。
火花機:火花機(簡稱EDM,全稱Electrical Discharge Machining)是一(yi)種(zhong)機械加(jia)工(gong)(gong)設(she)備,主(zhu)要用于電(dian)火花加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。廣泛應用在各種(zhong)金屬模具(ju)、機械設(she)備的(de)制造中(zhong)。它是利用浸(jin)在工(gong)(gong)作液中(zhong)的(de)兩(liang)極(ji)間脈(mo)沖放電(dian)時產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)蝕(shi)作用蝕(shi)除導電(dian)材料的(de)特種(zhong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)法(fa),又稱放電(dian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)或電(dian)蝕(shi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。
線切(qie)割:電(dian)火(huo)(huo)花(hua)(hua)(hua)線切(qie)割機(Wire Electrical Discharge Machining簡稱WEDM),屬電(dian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)范疇,是(shi)由(you)前(qian)蘇(su)聯(lian)拉扎聯(lian)科(ke)夫婦(fu)研究開(kai)關觸點受火(huo)(huo)花(hua)(hua)(hua)放電(dian)腐(fu)蝕損壞(huai)的(de)現象和原因(yin)時,發現電(dian)火(huo)(huo)花(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)瞬時高溫(wen)可(ke)以使局部的(de)金屬熔化(hua)、氧化(hua)而被(bei)腐(fu)蝕掉,從(cong)而開(kai)創和發明了(le)電(dian)火(huo)(huo)花(hua)(hua)(hua)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)方法。線切(qie)割機也于(yu)(yu)1960年發明于(yu)(yu)前(qian)蘇(su)聯(lian),我國是(shi)第一個(ge)用于(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)業生產的(de)國家。
